1. Policy Overview

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damages. To process your request, a proper parcel opening video must be provided. This policy helps us ensure that all issues are addressed fairly and efficiently.

 

2. Reporting Damages

  • Notification: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately by email at support@santabling.com with the subject line “Damaged Product Report.”
  • Parcel Opening Video: To facilitate the return or exchange process, you must provide a video of the parcel being opened. This video should clearly show the condition of the packaging and the damaged item.

 

3. Damage Reporting and Returns

 If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a Video: While opening the package, record a video of the entire unboxing process. Ensure that the video is continuous and free of any cuts.
  2. Submit the Video: Send the video to us as evidence of the damage.
  3. Arrange Pickup: Once we receive the video, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up from your address. 

4. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Proper Video Required: Claims for damage without a proper parcel opening video will not be processed.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

5. Return /Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your product, we will proceed with exchange or refund as desired by you in the situation. 
  • In case of exchange, we will need 21 days to replace your product with a fresh one. 
  • In case of refund, all amounts will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive refund by your bank within 5-8 working days.
